Hello prospective roomies. I am James. I am looking to rent out one of my apt rooms. Either 200-225 for the small room, or 275-300 for the larger one. I work most of the day with about 10hours off, and Tuesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon off. So for the most part I'll be either resting, doing chores, playing a game, or writing. I like to head out once a week to do something... A nice dinner, movie, bar... etc. I don't really smoke anymore, but I vap. No pets. I send a great amount of time on my 'works of words'©. I don't swear to often. I like to keep clean, and would expect the same from you.
