Hello. I am en engineer and work in downtown Indianapolis. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sweetbriar North subdivision, just east of Cumberland Road and north of 131st Street. I like to keep a somewhat neat and quiet house. I do not mind guests in the house, as long as they are respectful of my property and me. I am a pretty social person myself. My 3 children visit with me occasionally, but they mostly live with their mother. I would consider a divorced guy with children who occasionally visit. If those children want a separate bedroom when they stay over, then that can be arranged for a small additional fee. House has new furniture in common areas, carpet and blinds. New granite countertop, as well. Bedroom (10x12) can be furnished, for a small additional fee. Lots of living space in the xxxx SF house. Also, a portion of the full unfinished basement is available for storage for a small additional fee.
