I have found another place to live but already signed this lease. River market is in walking distance from Purdue University and even closer to the food, entertainment, and nightlife of the campus. Rent is only $499, completely furnished, (or $469 if you opt-out of bedroom furniture). Rent includes: parking, gym membership, Internet , cable, and utilities except electricity. This is ridiculously low for how close it is to campus. First month rent is completely paid. All I ask you pay is the $200 buy-out fee. Roommate will be a female.
