Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Product Development, the Product Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Product Department in the development and management of all Syndicate Sales product. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Prepare and input item number set-up;
Organize and maintain comprehensive library of reports, magazines, and company history;
Manage all shipping and receiving of product as related to product management;
Maintain Sale room by organizing and conducting sales on an as needed basis;
Organize and maintain corporate Showroom, New Product Development Room, and related areas;
Arrange and coordinate travel plans for Product Development staff;
Assist with the preparation and submission of budget, expense, and other reports;
Assist in the research stage and communication phase of the new product development cycle;
Prepare product specification and marketing specification sheets;
Prepare carton graphics;
Prepare monthly progress reports on products in development
Qualifications:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project Manager;
College Degree Preferred
Purchasing Background preferred;
Navision Software experience preferred
Rate of Pay: Depending upon education, experience, and qualifications - $25,000 - $32,000 per year
