DUTIES
In this role, you will work alongside the Service Manager by helping to estimate and direct work of Technicians.
Your duties will include:
Documenting Standard Repair Time for each operation prior to dispatching work.
Assigning work to qualified technicians.
Dispatching work and relaying work instructions to technicians.
Creating written documentation of customer concerns
Invoicing completed repair orders prior to releasing the vehicle.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer 2-5 years experience either as a Technician or Service Advisor.
Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma
